This 20-minute guided somatic meditation is an invitation to reconnect with your body, gently explore emotional tension, and create space for greater freedom, presence, and inner peace.
Through somatic awareness, mindful breathing, body awareness, visualization, and compassionate reflection, you'll be supported to slow down and listen to what your body may be holding, without forcing, fixing, or judging what you find.
In this meditation, you'll be guided to:
- Reconnect with your body and emotional landscape
- Gently explore and release emotional tension
- Meet difficult feelings with compassion and awareness
- Support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience
- Deepen body awareness and self-trust
- Soften energetic heaviness and stress
- Create more space for peace, presence, and emotional freedom
- Develop a more compassionate relationship with your own body
Perfect for:
• somatic healing meditation
• emotional release meditation
• body-based healing
• releasing the past
• stored emotions and body awareness
• nervous system regulation
• emotional healing meditation
• trauma-informed meditation
• self-compassion meditation
• 20-minute guided meditation
This is not about forcing emotions out.
It is not about making yourself feel something you're not ready to feel.
Instead, this practice creates space for safety, presence, curiosity, and gentle awareness, allowing you to notice what is here and soften around whatever you're ready to release.
Sometimes healing begins when we stop trying to escape what we feel and start listening to it.
Your body doesn't need to be fought with.
It doesn't need to be fixed.
It can be listened to.
So take a breath.
Come back into your body.
Notice what is here.
And give yourself permission to release what you no longer need to carry, one breath, one sensation, and one moment at a time.
Love,
Harrison. xxx
