  • Ep 61 | Completely Unreasonable Reasons We Judge People
    2026/08/19

    This week, we’re getting a little ... judgmental. 😂

Inspired by Hugh Grant admitting that people with backpacks annoy him, we’re playing People We Irrationally Don’t Trust. We each came prepared with completely harmless things people do that, for absolutely no justifiable reason, make us immediately question them. Then we have to defend our irrational judgment and decide: is it valid… or are WE actually the problem?

    In this episode:

    • Sophia gets emotional after a visit from one of her oldest friends
    • Grayson desperately wants to make friends — and Sophia’s heart can’t handle the rejection
    • The five-year-old who introduced Grayson to his “power bubble” at the pool 😳
    • Bradley’s very expensive cookware regret
    • People who clap when the plane lands — valid or ridiculous?
    • Can we trust someone who NEVER swears?
    • What does ordering a steak well done say about you?
    • Adults who drink milk with dinner… we have questions
    • When does a voice note officially become a podcast?
    • And one judgment we can unanimously agree on: bare feet on an airplane are NEVER okay. 😂

  • Ep 60 | Couples Court: An Ex's Wedding, a $2,500 Push Present & a Celebrity Hall Pass
    2026/08/12

Couples Court is BACK… but this time, we're keeping our own marriage out of it.

After realizing that some of our most popular episodes were also the ones most likely to make us start arguing with each other again, we've decided to put your relationship arguments on trial instead.

First up: Your ex-boyfriend is getting married. You've been friends for years and there's absolutely nothing romantic between you anymore — but you're invited to the wedding and your husband isn't. Do you go, or is attending an ex's wedding without your spouse disrespectful to your marriage?

Then, a pregnant listener wants a $2,500 designer bag as a push present. They can technically afford it, but her husband thinks the money could be much better spent elsewhere. After nine months of pregnancy and childbirth, does she deserve the bag… or does she need to let this one go?

And finally, we get perhaps our most important legal question yet: If you've had a celebrity hall pass for years and then suddenly have an actual opportunity to USE IT… does the hall pass still count?

Along the way, we also get into Bradley's current stye situation (and Sophia's unfortunate history with eye patches), whether AI is coming for our jobs, our upcoming family trip, the absolute state of our garbage bins, and Grayson's newest obsession: waking up every morning demanding his "nana."

Plus, we discover that Bradley doesn't know how to touch type, writes alarming amounts of things IN ALL CAPS, and apparently doesn't trust ChatGPT — so Sophia would just like it formally documented that she has always been nice to the robots.

Have a Couples Court case of your own? Submit the argument you and your partner simply cannot agree on and we'll decide who's right.

And make sure you're subscribed to our Substack, where we keep the conversation going between episodes.

  • Ep 59 | Explain This to Us Like We're Five: AI, Déjà Vu & Other Things That Make No Sense
    2026/08/05

This week, our brains officially broke.

It all started with one simple question Bradley asked during a Peloton class:

How does a bird actually build a nest?

And somehow... that sent us down a rabbit hole of life's greatest mysteries.

Because once you start questioning the things you don't understand, it's impossible to stop.

So this week we're questioning absolutely everything—from the Bermuda Triangle to text messages, AI, anesthesia and and even deja vu.

But before that, we catch up on life, including Bradley's continued Harry Potter obsession, Sophia's flattering trip to the chiropractor, and the surprisingly controversial question of whether she actually looks like Cameron Diaz.

    In this episode:

    • 📚 Bradley explains why rereading Harry Potter has become so meaningful after his stroke.
    • 💪 Why taking a break from training was exactly what his body needed.
    • 🎬 The Cameron Diaz comparison that Bradley refuses to agree with.
    • ❤️ Why having a baby has changed the way we disagree, and what we're learning about parenting as a team.
    • 🐦 How do birds actually build nests?
    • ✈️ Is the Bermuda Triangle really a thing?
    • 👶 How do babies know to say "mama"... and not "say" when we say, "Say mama!"?
    • 🌊 How do engineers build underwater tunnels?
    • 🍯 Who was the first person brave enough to steal honey from bees?
    • 💉 How does anesthesia actually work?
    • 📱 How do text messages travel across the world in seconds?
    • 🤖 Have we already become too dependent on AI?
    • 🧠 What is déjà vu?
    • 🗺️ And... who made the very first map?

As always, we'd love to hear from you:

What's something you've accepted your whole life... but if someone asked you to explain how it works, you'd have absolutely no idea?

Send us your most perplexing questions, we have a feeling this might become a recurring segment.

  • Ep 58 | She has a secret OnlyFans account...
    2026/07/29

This week, we're back with another Dear Roses episode, tackling some of your biggest relationship, money and family dilemmas.

But before we dive into your questions...

Sophia shares the bizarre story of being auctioned off at school (yes, really), Bradley opens up about some of the teachers who made boarding school miserable, Sophia realizes she got a kinda-sorta shoutout on Call Her Daddy, and the two debate whether mirrors, dressing room lighting or phone cameras are secretly lying to all of us.

Then it's time for Dear Roses...

    This week's questions:

Has tipping culture gone too far?
When the payment screen asks for a tip after someone simply hands you a coffee... are you supposed to say yes?

    💰 My husband doesn't know I make £10,000 a month on OnlyFans.
What started as a small side hustle has become a major source of income—but after keeping it secret for over a year, is the bigger problem the OnlyFans... or the lie?

💍 Are cold feet before your wedding normal?
After ten years together, one bride-to-be can't tell if she's simply nervous about getting married or if her instincts are trying to tell her something.

Should old arguments have an expiration date?
When your partner keeps bringing up mistakes from years ago, are they refusing to let things go—or are they trying to resolve something that never actually got fixed?

💔 My husband banned my parents after his mum passed away.
Grief, resentment and family dynamics collide after one listener's husband cuts off her parents, believing they didn't do enough to build a relationship with his late mother.

As always, we don't have all the answers, but we do have plenty of opinions.

  • Ep 57 | Parenting Things Our Parents Quietly Judge Us For
    2026/07/22

Our parents swear we turned out just fine... but we're not so sure. 😂

This week starts with a not-so-fun update on Alfie after what should have been a routine trip to have his stitches removed (spoiler: it did not go according to plan). We also accidentally realize we've been podcasting together for an entire year—and somehow completely forgot our own anniversary.

Then Sophia shares the conversation with her mom that left both of them laughing: after suggesting they skip IVF because it was "hard on your body," her mom innocently asks... "Why don't you just try naturally?"

Which leads to a much bigger conversation:

Are today's parents overcomplicating everything... or have we actually learned a thing or two?

In this episode, we chat about:

    • 🐶 Alfie's unexpected setback and why he's back in the cone
    • 🎙️ One year of Relatable (and how we completely forgot our own anniversary)
    • 😂 The IVF conversation that perfectly sums up the parenting generation gap
    • 🚗 The car seats, sleep schedules, and baby gadgets our parents still can't believe we use
    • 😴 Why one night with Grayson completely changed Sophia's mom's opinion on sleep training
    • ❤️ A surprisingly emotional conversation about Sophia's dad, regret, and making the most of the people we love
    • 🤔 What today's parenting trends will look ridiculous to Grayson when he has kids of his own

  • Ep 56 | It's Not Good News When the Vet Asks If You Have Lube
    2026/07/16

This week is a bit of an emotional rollercoaster...

We start with a long-awaited update on Alfie after his surgery (thankfully, it's good news ), celebrate one of Bradley's biggest career moments, and share the parenting milestone we've been dreaming about for an entire year.

Spoiler alert: Grayson finally slept through the night.

We also somehow end up debating whether Sophia actually deserved her high school soccer award, discussing why people have completely forgotten how to behave on public transport, and telling what might be the weirdest veterinary story we've ever shared.

As always... things get a little unhinged.

    In this episode:

    • An update on Alfie after surgery (and why we're feeling incredibly grateful)
    • Bradley's feature in Men's Fitness magazine
    • What we've learned from Bradley's stroke journey and why asking for help matters
    • Grayson finally sleeps through the night after a year of sleepless nights
    • Our honest thoughts on sleep training (and why we changed our minds)
    • Bradley questions whether Sophia was ever actually good at soccer
    • Why people playing TikToks out loud on public transport should be illegal (according to Bradley)
    • The bizarre phone call with our vet that led to one of the strangest things Sophia has ever had to do
    • Dear Roses: family vacations with the in-laws, baby names, and a few listener dilemmas

If you've ever been through sleep training, had an awkward trip to the vet, or have a story that still makes your partner question your athletic ability... we'd love to hear from you.

  • Ep 55 | We Predicted Taylor Swift's Wedding... Then Played the Internet's Favorite Game
    2026/07/08

Taylor Swift got married... and naturally, we have thoughts.

This week we're making our predictions about what we think one of the biggest celebrity weddings of the year looked like, reminiscing about our early days together, celebrating Grayson's first birthday, and introducing a new game to the podcast: Blind Ranking.

The rules are simple: you have to rank five things before you know what's coming next. The result? Some very questionable decisions... and a lot of laughing.

We also share our Good Week / Bad Week, including a surprisingly passionate debate over stolen deodorant, an unexpectedly wholesome moment with a stranger in London, and a more vulnerable conversation about our 14½-year-old dog, Alfie, as he prepares for surgery.

    In this episode:

    • Our predictions for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding
    • Why Bradley would rather stay home than go to a music festival
    • Looking back on who we were when we first met
    • Celebrating Grayson's first birthday with family
    • The stranger who settled our "green shirt vs. yellow shirt" debate
    • Bradley's case against sharing deodorant (yes, really)
    • We try the viral Blind Ranking game for the first time
    • A heartfelt update on Alfie and why this week has been emotional for our family

If you've played Blind Ranking with your friends, send us your favorite category—we're already planning to bring it back.

And if you're enjoying Relatable, we'd be so grateful if you'd leave us a rating or review. It helps more people find the show, and we genuinely read every one.

  • Ep 54 | Should We Have Another Baby? (A Conversation We Didn't Expect to Have)
    2026/07/02

This episode starts with public bathroom disasters... and somehow ends with one of the biggest conversations we've had as parents.

This week, we're talking about everything from British pigeons masquerading as owls, to why we're finally trying sleep training, to the question we've been quietly avoiding:

    Should we have another baby?

It's honest, emotional, funny, and completely unresolved—which, honestly, feels pretty relatable.

    In this episode:

    • Why we're finally giving sleep training a try (and why it took us so long)
    • Sophia's public bathroom nightmare involving Bradley's mum
    • Bradley discovers his lifelong "spirit animal" might actually be... a pigeon
    • The great British neighbor debate (and why Sophia completely ignored Bradley's advice)
    • Bradley's latest biohacking obsession and why he's comparing wearable health trackers
    • Whether only children really are different (Bradley has opinions...)
    • The practical vs. emotional debate around having a second child
    • Why we're genuinely not on the same page—and why that's okay

As always, we'd love to hear your thoughts.

If you've wrestled with the decision to have another child (or decided to stop at one), we'd love to know: How did you know?
