Rehearsing Tomorrow grows out of conversations we, Julia Pahina and Brough Johnson, have been having about our changing world, what we each notice, and who gets to participate in creating the future.

We come from different worlds, yet we share a similar worldview. We’re both leaders and changemakers, drawn to noticing what’s emerging and exploring what comes next. Our different cultural experiences shape what we see - and we’ve learned how to see more together.

Recent years have brought major changes, but the current speed of transformation makes the future uniquely difficult to imagine.

For some, this moment feels disorienting. For others, it’s recognition that the world hasn’t been working for them.

We’re making space for honest, unfinished conversations about our changing world, how we’re showing up, and who we’re becoming.

We don’t know what tomorrow will look like. But we can practise for it - in how we listen, how we hold difference, and how we imagine something different.

Because tomorrow isn’t just something we wait for.
It’s something we’re already rehearsing.

Our first episode arrives October 22, 2026 NZ & AU / October 21, 2026 US & UK.

Follow along. We're just getting started. 💛
