In this episode, we give you time to reflect on two questions as you consider your personal journey of discipleship.
We saw a pattern of discipleship with the disciples of Jesus and with Jesus himself as He was discipled by “the Father” and “the Holy Spirit”.
They went from Believing Jesus was the Son of God to Obeying the teachings of the Father, to Bearing Fruit, to Making Disciples by teaching them to obey those teachings.
Before we move to explore what Jesus learned from the Father and taught His disciples, we wanted to give you time to reflect on your answers to two questions:
1. Why become a disciple of Jesus?
2. Who is discipling you?
These are important questions to answer whether you are a new believer in Jesus or a seasoned believer that really wants to be discipled.
