    GET READY! It's that time of year again to prepare for the next NFHS / High School Football Season - 2026.

    REF.RAP (RxR) has posted its newest training video on NFHS Football Rule 9.1

    Helping the Runner. Helping the Runner (HTR) is a rarely called foul; however, it is occurring more often. The NFHS / High School rule is stricter v. other codes. More offenses are using it and it can create an imbalance in fairness & increase the risk to player safety (offensively and defensively).
