    Øystein Samnøen is the ministry director for Norway and has been with Every Home since 2022. He lives in Ottestad, Norway with his wife Else. They have two grown children and one grandchild.

    Rich Villodas is the Brooklyn-born lead pastor of New LifeFellowship, a large, multicultural church in Queens, New York City. Hisaward-winning books include The Deeply Formed Life (2020), Good andBeautiful and Kind (2022), and The Narrow Path (2024). He and hiswife, Rosie, have two children and reside in Long Island, New York.

Through Emer’s obedience and suffering, she developed a heart of compassion that has been surrendered to the Lord in beautiful ways. Her ministry is marked by profound kindness, gentleness, and patience, and it bears the fruit of transformation and hope.     Emer has served with Every Home since 2006 and in her current role as national director since 2015. She lives in Manila, the Philippines with her husband, Sam, and together they have two children.
