  • Reclaiming HER Story Group – Weeks 3 & 4
    2025/12/04
In this episode, we continue our four-part series on walking through the flow and heart of my 8-week Story Work Group Reclaiming HER Story. This week, we explore weeks 3 & 4, two deeply transformative weeks when women begin to understand the roles they played in their families and how those roles affect their relationships today.

Reclaiming HER Story is an 8-week small group experience for women ready to understand their past, heal long-standing patterns, and reconnect with their authentic voice. Seats are limited — I only take 4-6 women to keep the circle intimate and safe.

  • Reclaiming HER Story Group – Weeks 1 & 2
    2025/11/20
Join me on a compassionate journey through a four-part series titled Reclaiming HER Story. These episodes are inspired by an eight-week story group designed to support and uplift each other. In our first two weeks together, we focus on creating a safe, nurturing space, reconnecting with our bodies, and gently uncovering the early stories that shaped us. This episode offers a glimpse into the first two weeks of a restorative space for women ready to embrace healing and seek connection.
