The simple child's game of Catch results in tensions among the players and reveals the character of some contestants. We are left with another nail-biting ending leaving the results of two players fate in the hands of a slow motion toss.

Then Mel travels to Colorado to hike the Red Rocks with Debbie and meet her family. Debbie's brothers question Mel while they toss a football between them. Finally Mel arrives in Austin, Texas to meet Cindy's family and explore Cindy's high rise condo. Her daughters too interrogate Mel and express concerns.

In the final Rose Ceremony of the season, Mel breaks another heart and sends one woman home. Two women remain for the coveted Fantasy Suite dates.
