What happens when a first responder trades emergency calls for real estate calls? For Myrtle Beach Realtor Brian Russell, the answer is a career built on resilience, relationships and knowing how to serve people. Brian is bringing that story to Realtors in RVs, where he’ll talk about the journey that took him from selling mobile homes to becoming a successful Realtor handling properties reaching into the multimillion-dollar market. His real estate career has given him experience across manufactured homes, residential properties, investments and luxury real estate, but the foundation of his success comes from somewhere much deeper.

Before real estate, Brian spent years serving others as a firefighter/EMT, correctional officer and deputy. That first responder mindset never really left him. It shows up in the way he approaches his clients, his work ethic and his ability to stay calm when a transaction gets complicated. Today, Brian is not only a Realtor and business owner, but also a husband and father of two, balancing entrepreneurship with family and a career that continues to evolve. His story is a great reminder that success doesn't always come from starting in the perfect place. Sometimes it comes from taking everything you've learned along the way and turning it into something bigger.
