    Audrey Jacob is a former lawyer, turned real estate agent, turned meditation teacher. She's been practicing since 2013, deepened her practice during the pandemic while simultaneously serving clients on the front lines as an essential worker, and has been teaching weekly online meditation courses ever since. She also has a book in the works. A meditation companion built specifically for people who tried it, failed, and assumed it just wasn't for them.

    Audrey breaks down three practical meditation techniques built specifically for real estate professionals. You can apply these tools mid-negotiation, between difficult calls, and in the moments when a transaction is starting to spiral. She also gets into the "Loving Kindness Practice" for dealing with difficult agents, the self-compassion break for when you make a mistake, and why the box breathing technique used by Navy SEALs works just as well in a tense deal as it does in a combat zone.
