What do you need to feel more secure about this?

That’s the question I want her asking when she feels stuck.

Because her brain is naturally going to look around the corner.

• Do we have enough money?
• Do I have the right people?
• Do we actually have time for this?
• What happens if we add this to the week?

That “yes, but have you considered THIS?” thing isn't a problem to get rid of - it’s how she’s designed to make decisions.

And then we got into her workday... which is where things get REALLY interesting.

She needs the freedom to decide what she wants to work on….

But once she picks the thing? Give her the darn checklist.

She just doesn't want someone else deciding which project she should be working on at 10:00am Tuesday morning. 😂
