Brandy is a guide, teacher, and field-builder working at the intersection of Human Design, somatic awareness, and relational psychology. Her work centers on integration over insight and embodiment over peak experience.

This is not a Human Design origin story. It’s an evolution story.

In this conversation, we explore the spiral of becoming — how we revisit the same themes (relationships, identity, freedom, fear) at deeper levels each time.
