Four years ago, coinciding with the Covid pandemic, Ciprian became deeply engaged in yoga and meditation, attending retreats and focusing on reconnecting with his body and inner self. Influenced by thinkers like Eckhart Tolle, Alan Watts, Michael Singer, and Tara Brach, Ciprian has embraced practices centered around awareness and mindfulness. He views the mind as a separate tool rather than the entirety of his being, striving to shift from mental to heart-centered living.
