Brittany Hansen isn’t one to sit still. As a real estate agent with Keller Williams Bothell, she has built a career around flexibility, entrepreneurship and the freedom to create a business that works for her goals and family.

In this episode, Brittany shares how her background in property management, experience as a mom of three and entrepreneurial mindset led her to real estate — and why the variety and flexibility of the industry continue to keep her engaged six years into her career.

From adapting to constant change as an Air Force military brat to developing systems through competitive bodybuilding, Brittany has learned the value of flexibility, consistency and staying open to new challenges. She also discusses finding mentorship and how building the right business environment has helped her grow.
