    In fifth grade, Sheila wrote a story about a dog and read it to her class. People liked it and asked her to finish it. She wrote for her high school paper and won a couple of awards, and was selected as the representative from her school to enter a nationwide writing contest. She attended Boston University, where she wrote for the newspaper and worked at the alumni magazine. Sheila started out as a Journalism major but switched to Communication.

    In this episode, Sheila talks about why public speaking matters, what her "Five P's" of speaking are about, and why she thinks writing is important.
