The guys talk through how to help our kids handle difficult situations without trying to fix everything for them, when a dad should step in, and when it might be better to let them work through it themselves. Along the way, they wrestle with some of the differences they've experienced raising boys versus girls, and the challenge of knowing exactly what our kids need from us in each season.
It's a conversation about parenting in the real world - trying to protect our kids, prepare them, and somehow learn when to hold on and when to let go.
