    We feel more calm, and we gain control over our choices and the direction of our day.

    Practice this anytime you feel overwhelmed. Becoming aware of your breathing - even for just a few breaths - can have a very powerful and positive effect on your day.

    I also share a personal story of how I achieved a big goal using these techniques—proof that this works!

    Your Weekly Challenge! Write down 101 goals for your life. They can be big, small, wild, practical—anything that excites you. This exercise helps you think beyond your usual limitations and opens you up to possibilities you may not have considered before.
