It nearly didn't happen...

After battling through what might be the longest Zoom setup in podcast history (seriously, some people could've run a 10K quicker), Gary House and Ben Mounsey are joined by regular guest Mel Sykes for another unfiltered episode of RUNcensored.

Fresh from the Lakeland 100 weekend, Mel talks us through one of the biggest trail running events in the UK. There's no sugar coating her DNF either, although Gary and Ben don't exactly offer much sympathy...

Before all that, there's plenty of catching up. Gary returns from an 'Oasish' festival weekend, while Ben shares stories from a luxury spa break in the Dolomites involving a massage therapist called Antonio and what might just be the world's smallest paper pants.
