Baylor Bears football faces a pivotal crossroads as Dave Aranda confronts past missteps and unveils his vision for a revamped, high-energy program. Can a more accountable and hands-off Aranda—now fully trusting defensive coordinator Joe Klanderman and featuring rising star DJ Lagway—reignite Baylor’s on-field dominance and pack McLane Stadium once again?

Cam Stuart and Sydney Wicker break down the energy at Big 12 Media Days, react to Aranda’s candid self-critique, and debate the realistic path to restoring fan faith after last season’s 5-7 disappointment. The episode spotlights Big 12 storylines, from contrasting coaching vibes to hot-seat pressure, capped by sharp commentary on Brett Yormark’s awkward media moments and the new Monster Energy Big 12 Football branding. Will Baylor’s culture reset accelerate winning, or is the program still years away from true resurgence?
