    While being and independent real estate agents has its upsides with a great deal of autonomy and opportunities, it also comes with its challenges. We commonly hear "But you set your own schedule.",which is true. However. we are employees of our clients and as a result we have not only "one boss" but ideally several simultaneously and we need to meet each clients expectations and needs during an active negotiation and contract. This can make taking any personal time a bit of a challenge. Just a small peak behind the curtain, as Donna prepares for a lenghty road trip with numerous active clients and contracts.
