RDY VIP host Bebop sits down with Arizona DJ M14 at The Drop in Downtown Phoenix for a quick Q&A before his set at the Bass Shift event hosted by Nite Shift.

Two weeks before he played System Overload, M14 was in a hospital bed recovering from brain surgery and a serious infection. He performed the festival anyway, with a PICC line still running to his heart, and his friends turned a photo of him in that hospital bed into a totem that read "from the hospital bed to the DJ decks." This is the story behind it.

We get into where the name M14 comes from, how he built his tearout and riddim sound after moving to Arizona, why he loves it when techno DJs sneak in bass music, and the one trend he can't stand.
