A lot to talk about this week as Charlotte celebrates its first MLS All-Star events! But first, Charlotte FC traveled to clinch an away win and clean sheet against the Red Bulls, 2-nil. Goals by All-Stars Pep Biel and Ashley Westwood were made of pure class while Kahlina and the defensive line earned only the third clean sheet on the season. Then USMNT defender Tim Ream showed his professional skill with near-deadly precision and accuracy in the 2026 MLS All-Star Skills Passing Challenge, bringing home the win and a trophy for his efforts. And finally, Ream, Biel, and Westwood earn debuts as MLS All-Stars in a match that tallies a win for Coach Dean Smith but truly showcases multiple All-Stars MLS talent in goal contributions and standout performances. It's the Summer of Soccer, and the Queens have been living the World Cup! But MLS is finally back, and Charlotte FC takes on the rivalry with Atlanta at home and despite going up two goals, still loses the advantage ending up with a 2-2 draw.
