  • You Are Not Starting Over, You Are Starting From Wisdom
    2026/07/08

In this episode of Queens & Crowns, we continue the journey of becoming with a personal reflection on what it means to begin again without shame.

“You Are Not Starting Over, You Are Starting From Wisdom” is for the woman who has walked through a refining season and wondered if she was back at the beginning... emotionally, spiritually, relationally, professionally, or personally. But what if you are not starting from scratch? What if you are starting from evidence, discernment, experience, pattern recognition, and the wisdom your last season gave you?

This conversation is for the woman learning to trust what she now knows, honor her peace, steward her voice, and rebuild from a wiser place.

    Crown Check:

Where in your life are you calling it starting over when it is actually wisdom asking you to choose differently?

    Reflection Questions:

    1. What do I know now that I did not know six months ago?
    2. What pattern can I no longer pretend not to see?
    3. Where have I confused relief with peace?
    4. What decision would I make if I trusted the wisdom I already have?
    5. What part of my life is God not asking me to restart, but to rebuild with better stewardship?

    Research and References Mentioned:

    • Pattern recognition and how we learn from repeated experiences
    • Experiential learning and the role of reflection in turning experience into wisdom
    • Intermittent reinforcement and how inconsistency can create emotional attachment or confusion

  • That Time The Bible Read Me: Before You Took Your First Breath
    2026/07/01

Have you ever read a Bible verse that suddenly felt like it was reading you?

In this special bonus episode of the Queens & Crowns Podcast, Alexandria shares a personal reflection on Ephesians 2:10 and how one phrase "the good works God prepared beforehand" completely transformed the way she thinks about purpose, identity, and calling.

Together, we'll explore what it means to be God's workmanship (poiēma), why your purpose began long before your first breath, and how God invites us to stop striving for significance and simply walk in the path He has already prepared.

If you've ever questioned your calling, wondered whether you're behind in life, or needed reassurance that your story still matters, this conversation is for you.

    Scripture:
    Ephesians 2:8–10

    In This Episode:

    • What it means to be God's masterpiece
    • Why your assignment existed before your arrival
    • The difference between striving and walking with God
    • How grace always comes before purpose
    • A personal reflection on discovering peace in God's prepared plan

    Crown Check:
Instead of asking, "God, what am I supposed to do with my life?" ask, "Lord, where are the good works You've already prepared for me, and give me the courage to walk in them?"

  • Between Here & Her: Falling in Love with Becoming
    2026/08/05

What if the most important part of your journey isn't the destination, but the woman you're becoming along the way?

This episode speaks directly to every woman who has ever felt behind, questioned her timeline, or believed she should be further along by now.

If you've been striving, comparing, over-performing, or quietly carrying the weight of "I'm not there yet," this conversation is for you.

    Research & Reflection

    • Deuteronomy 8:18 — God gives us the power to produce wealth, emphasizing stewardship, character, and preparation.
    • The psychological concept of the arrival fallacy, which explains why lasting fulfillment comes less from reaching milestones and more from finding meaning in the journey of growth.

    Crown Check

This week, instead of listing your accomplishments, write down ten ways you've grown over the past five years. Celebrate your evolution, not just your achievements.

If this episode encouraged you, follow the podcast, leave a review, and share it with a woman who's learning to trust her own timeline.
