This week I’m joined by my friend Susie, a pilot and frequent traveler, for a conversation that somehow takes us from the tiny details that make Disney parks so memorable — yes, including those surprisingly iconic trash cans — all the way to flying, travel, and what it’s really like to be on the other side of the cockpit door.
