1) Plumber: a DIY can get out of hand easily!

2) Electrician: if it is beyond shutting off a breaker it's best to trust a professional.

3) Roofing Pro: new roof, different roof, roof leak, roof cleaning and gutters - it's often easier to know someone than to do it yourself SAFELY.

4) HVAC/ furnace: Do periodic maintenance for the furnace and air filters. Know someone that can troubleshoot options for both heat and cooling.
