    2026/07/20
Welcome to a whānau Putiputi Pod! On this episode we will be sharing kōrero and reflections with Kiri Parata, Miriama Parata and our youngest Putiputi Pod guest, Kelly-Rhain. We reflect on this season of Matariki and what it means as a whānau to celebrate, remember, connect and dream ahead to the future whilst also holding on to the lessons from our past. When we gather inspiration from our environment we start to see the layers of our younger selves guiding our pathway into the dreams of our tūpuna. How can you invite more celebration into your life? This show was broadcast on OAR 105.4FM Dunedin - oar.org.nz and made thanks to the support of NZ on Air.

  • 2 - Creativity is a rongoā - how do we nurture it?
    2026/07/06
Putiputi Pod is joined here today with the beautiful Marewa Severne. Marewa is a kaiako at Te Wānanga o Aotearoa in Ōtepoti teaching Toi Maruata. She is a māmā, an artist, and as Marewa says in this episode she is "a tauira of everything." We reflect on the world of mahi toi, creativity and some of the blocks and fears we may experience in these spaces. We also reflect on the world of light that can exist once we start using creativity as a tool to heal, to learn and to connect with ourselves even deeper. Join us as we connect to some of Marewa's earliest sparks of creativity and how she has continued to water her own Putiputi Pods. This show was broadcast on OAR 105.4FM Dunedin - oar.org.nz and made thanks to the support of NZ on Air.

  • 1 - Planting the seed of Putiputi Pod
    2026/06/29
The first seed has been planted. This episode introduces my younger self, "Puti," and the intention of this space. This is a place where creativity, curiosity, and the wisdom of our inner child can gently unfold. There is no rush here, no perfect way of being—only an invitation to notice, wonder, and reconnect to our younger selves. This podcast isn't about having all the answers—it's about asking questions and noticing the little things. I hope this seedling of Putiputi Pod reminds you to bloom in your own time, so... Nau mai, haere mai ki Putiputi Pod! Let's bloom—together. Ko au te Putiputi, ko te Putiputi ko au. This show was broadcast on OAR 105.4FM Dunedin – oar.org.nz and made thanks to the support of NZ On Air.
