  • Ep. 119 - Kirkwood Makes History With Dominant Freedom 250 Victory / Milwaukee Mile Preview
    2026/08/24

In tonight's episode, the guys are back. Derik, Joshua (X - @warrior0506) & Michael (X - @MichaelDFMunro) are back in studio to review and discuss yesterday's Freedom 250 Grand Prix of Washington, D.C. along with previewing this weekend's doubleheader at the Milwaukee Mile.

History was made on the streets of Washington, D.C. as the NTT INDYCAR SERIES took on the nation’s capital for the inaugural Freedom 250 Grand Prix!

Kyle Kirkwood delivered a dominant performance for Andretti Global, leading 128 of 147 laps and taking the checkered flag just over three seconds ahead of Christian Lundgaard. Will Power completed the podium in third.

But it was far from an easy afternoon. Multiple cautions, several heavy crashes and late-race drama kept the field on edge—including a huge incident involving Scott McLaughlin while battling for the lead. Championship leader Alex Palou endured a nightmare day, finishing 20th after a drive-through penalty, a slow pit stop and a late crash.

From the National Mall and Pennsylvania Avenue to the U.S. Capitol, the 1.7-mile street circuit provided a spectacular backdrop for 250 miles of IndyCar racing—and a truly unique chapter in INDYCAR history.

    🎥 In this video:

    • Kyle Kirkwood’s dominant victory

    • The biggest crashes and cautions

    • Palou’s championship setback

    • The late-race battle for the win

    • The inaugural race through Washington, D.C.

  • Ep. 118 - Ericsson Ends Drought / Freedom 250 Preview
    2026/08/18

In tonight's episode, the guys Derik, Joshua (X - @warrior0506) & Michael (X - @MichaelDFMunro) are back in studio to review and discuss yesterday's Ontario Honda Dealers Indy at Markham and preview the upcoming Freedom 250 Grand Prix of Washington D.C.

The first-ever Ontario Honda Dealers Indy at Markham delivered a wild 90-lap NTT INDYCAR SERIES race — and a dramatic finish on the Streets of Markham.

Marcus Ericsson came from behind late in the race to pass Romain Grosjean with just five laps remaining and capture the inaugural Markham victory for Andretti Global. The win was Ericsson's fifth career IndyCar victory and ended a 63-race winless streak dating back to his 2023 season-opening win at St. Petersburg.

Romain Grosjean put together an impressive drive from 16th on the grid to finish second, coming agonizingly close to his first IndyCar victory. Will Power completed the podium after an incredible recovery from 25th on the starting grid.

Alex Palou finished fourth after starting 11th, while Pato O'Ward rounded out the top five. Palou's result was particularly important for the championship, as he extended his points advantage after several of his closest rivals encountered trouble.

The inaugural race on the 2.19-mile, 12-turn temporary street circuit featured multiple cautions, crashes and major swings in strategy. Pole-sitter Louis Foster led early but ultimately retired after an incident, while Kyle Kirkwood also suffered an early exit.

Ericsson's decisive move came after he pitted from the lead with 21 laps remaining. He returned to the track in seventh on fresh alternate tires, charged through the field and eventually hunted down Grosjean. The winning margin was 7.5305 seconds.

This video breaks down the biggest moments from the historic first IndyCar race in Markham, including Ericsson's comeback, Grosjean's heartbreaking runner-up finish, Power's remarkable recovery, Palou's championship drive and the final race results.

Watch the full recap and let us know in the comments: Was Marcus Ericsson's late-race charge the drive of the day?
