Katie and Dana got a lot to ramble on about this week. Dana's officially a new mama to a her puppy Bernie and definitely experiencing newborn PTSD. Come for the cute puppy stories but stay for the chaos of Back to School night where Bernie shat all over and Dana is questioning all her life decisions... well really just the one where she said yes to a puppy.

They also chat all about their life updates and weekend fun where Katie ventured to Delaware with her besties and shared the dance floor with some oldies who were feeling the vibes a little too much. While Katie was relaxin with her girls, her hubby braved the Great Wolf Lodge with the kiddies. Dana has a lot to say about that "hell on earth" establishment. Dana's weekend was packed with pizza, cupcakes, baseball, birthdays and a satisfying closet purge.

Then it’s time for the goss. Katie and Dana are talking Ed Sheeran, Cindy Crawford’s son, the latest IUD conversation, and Nicole Hannah-Jones’ NYT Magazine piece on segregation and inequality in New York public schools and the uncomfortable choices parents face when what’s best for their own kids collides with much bigger questions about schools and opportunity.

They also talk about the latest "unprecedented" move where Trump announces a White House ban on CNN, Politico and MS Now.

And because they cannot survive entirely on existential dread and gossip, they finish with the things currently keeping them going with all the things they are loving.

Basically: puppy postpartum, grinding with oldies, school drama, media drama, and ending on a high. Business as usual.
