Excited to share that Brandon Pitts and I recently sat down with Prof. Zae and the Inside ITU Traders community for a live call, and it was a great one. We talked about what changes when you move from evaluation and demo accounts to real money, why a funded account is really only as big as its max drawdown, how to practice in a way that mimics reality, and how time spent bouncing between prop firms without a plan quietly becomes the most expensive part of the journey. Brandon also walked through the market reversal times we teach, the habit of zooming out before zooming in, and why marking up your levels is like having a GPS for the market. Community members jumped in with their own questions, and that made the conversation even better.
My biggest takeaway is something I say all the time: treat every account like it's your own capital, no matter who funded it. That discipline is what keeps you in the game long enough to become consistent.
A big thank you to Prof. Zae and everyone at ITU for having us, and to the traders who showed up with great questions. We'd love to do it again.
