Princess Yachts has returned to profit after a 2-year operational transformation, reporting GBP £35.9 million in adjusted earnings
before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation during 2025 despite deliberately producing fewer yachts. The next test is whether its new-model programme can generate profitable orders without allowing capacity to run ahead of demand. Assets Group has ordered 18 Azimut yachts for 2 Maldives resorts, creating a new distribution channel that connects luxury hospitality, yacht access and local aftersales support. Plus, Saxdor Yachts is doubling its Polish production footprint as demand for its larger 460 platform exceeds current capacity.
