One of our final bonus episodes of the season break! (substack only)

Season Two premiers on Halloween, but here’s another bonus episode to tide you over until then. This week we chose to do something seasonal for autumn to recognize the season of fantasy and the supernatural.

‘A Knight to Remember’ stars Hallmark fave Julie Gonzalo and newcomer James Trevena.

A statue of an English knight arrives in Chicago for an art exhibit. While cleaning the statue, museum conservator Emily impulsively kisses the statue, bringing him to life.

It’s the Halloween season in Christmasland, so we had to give some of the woo-woo fortune-telling aspects of this film a little grace. Easy to do with a cast this fantastic and Hallmark’s hallmark charm.

Will Emily ever discover true love?

Will Sir Griffin ever make his way back to the past so he can finish living out his present?

Will the museum ever stop making Emily do all the jobs?

Kira and Amelia answer all your questions and hand out episode awards:

• Robert A. Baron Villain Award for the most dastardly villain the film could produce
• Christmas Ham Award for the most over-the-top, entertaining performance
• Christmas Tree Topper for best performance
