    Press One, Press Two explores the changing face of retail and the overall level of customer service that firms are willing to provide. With prices of everything seemingly going through the roof, value for our hard-earned money is the order of the day. While many firms simply hide behind the fallacy that they can not hire employees, there are in fact, many firms who get it right. As consumers, In our episodes, we'll take a look at all of this and more. We'll also leave our listeners whenever possible, with tools they can immediately use to help them get the services they need. Business leaders can also learn from our discussions. This is an evolving program and we plan to introduce interviews with people on "both sides of the register or counter."
