It’s time for Push-Up Challenge #10 with CJ! This is about more than push-ups. It’s about discipline, consistency, and making the decision to start.

You don’t have to do 50 push-ups. You don’t have to do 20. You don’t even have to do 10. Do one. Do whatever you can do today, then come back tomorrow and try to do a little better.

The goal isn’t to compete with me or anyone else. The goal is to compete with the person you were yesterday.

So get down, knock out your push-ups, and leave a comment telling me how many you did! One, five, 25, 50, or more — it doesn’t matter. What matters is that you started.

Let’s build discipline together, one push-up at a time.
