In our "What's Going On" segment, in episode 57, we discussed Diddy, Marilyn Mosby's punishment, Inside the NBA, Shilo Sanders filing for bankruptcy, and the back-and-forth between Marjorie Taylor Greene and Jasmine Crockett. Our talk of the town was about Cam'ron's interview with Abby Phillip on CNN. We also discussed Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, 50 Cent, and Boss.

In episode 56, we covered several topics including segregation academies, the issue of students using cell phones in the classroom, a teacher who was fired for disregarding transgender policies and received a $360,000 settlement for wrongful termination, and a Maryland teacher who was fired for allowing five girls to unbraid his hair. We also discussed the trend of Black D1 athletes preferring to date and marry white women.

In episode 55, we had a discussion on the reasons why Black people do not get married, the issue of Black unemployment, the lack of funding for Black and Latino students in low-income school districts, and whether the choice of restaurant and who pays for the meal on the first serious date matters. We also talked about the Drake and Kendrick rap feud, which was the talk of the town. Additionally, we discussed a new predominantly white city in east Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

In episode 54, we had an interview with Nakia Foster about the health and exercise of African American women. We discussed Reggie Bush receiving his Heisman Trophy, no Black women not having a shoe deal in the WNBA, College students calling for their schools to divest from Israel, and Black children being overrepresented in Minnesota. Our talk of the town was about Megan Thee Stallion.

In episode 53, we discussed the Supreme Court's rejection of a BLM activist’s bid to evade a police lawsuit, USC's cancellation of the valedictorian speech over safety threats, one man’s mission to make video games a little less white, and the explosion of sports gambling. The lifetime ban of Jontay Porter was the Talk of the Town.

In episode 52, we discussed the attack on Black History, OJ Simpson, how women’s basketball became the hottest thing in college sports, and seven organizations, the far right, are targeting diversity efforts post affirmative action. Our Talk of the Town was J. Cole’s apology. Please check it out.
