  • Stop Outsourcing Your Podcast Voice to AI: Why Your Imperfect Voice Is Your Competitive Advantage
    2026/07/21

If you're thinking about using AI to write your podcast scripts or make your episodes sound "better," this is the episode you need to listen to first.

I think your real, imperfect, vulnerable voice is your competitive advantage and I explain why. AI could help you systemise, plan, and maybe brainstorm ideas. But it can't replace your authenticity. And honestly, people are tired of AI-generated content. They want you.

In this episode, I'm breaking down why Jessi Jean's empire is built on vulnerability (not polish), why the podcast Movies at Grandma's House is unforgettable because it can't be replicated, and what it actually means to own your voice as a podcaster.

It's time to own your stumbles, your erms, your pauses, your imperfections... that's what makes you relatable. That's what makes people want to support you. Your messy real voice is now the rarest thing in a sea of AI-generated content.

If you have a specific pocasting question, don't forget that I have Podline Bling. My weekly email newsletter in which I answer one of your questions every week - submit your questions below. 👇

  • 10. Are you podcasting for business or entertainment? (and why that difference matters!)
    2026/07/14

If you're launching a podcast and you haven't asked yourself: Am I building this as a business funnel or an entertainment podcast? I'm going to explain why it's helpful to pick a lane.

Both are valid, both can make money, but the paths look slightly different and, to be honest, I missed this out from last week's episode so, I'm adding it in now.

In this episode, I'm breaking down the difference between the two, why it matters for your monetisation strategy and what the reality check actually looks like for each lane.

If you're building a business podcast, you can monetise from day one. You don't need thousands of downloads. You just need a specific person with a specific problem who trusts you. And ideally, you already have somewhere to take them.

  • 9. How to Launch a Podcast from Scratch (The Beginner's Guide)
    2026/07/07

If you're thinking about launching a podcast, and you've recently typed 'how to start a podcast?' in Google, you're probably wondering: where the hell do I even begin?

Most people quit by episode 7. In this episode, I'm giving you the roadmap to make sure you're not one of them.

I break down the exact steps: identifying your ideal podcast listener, deciding on audio only vs. video, choosing your hosting platform, nailing your podcast title for SEO, structuring your show, and launching without losing momentum. There's homework at the end, so grab a pen.

The biggest permission I'm giving you? Give yourself permission to be bad for your first 50 episodes. You're a beginner. That's not a failure, that's normal.

And I'm launching something new this week: Podline Bling, a weekly email newsletter where I answer one listener question each week. If you're serious about starting your first podcast, this is where personalised support lives. As mentioned, if you want to sign up to the newsletter and submit a question.
