Welcome to Free-Form Conversations with Michal where we explore the Paula Method and other approaches to wellness. The Paula Method, also known as the ring muscles exercise method, helps people heal by connecting and collaborating with their bodies through complete trust and spontaneity. It was developed in the 1950s in Israel by Paula Garbourg and is part of the public health services there.

I’m Michal Mehler, a Paula practitioner in the United States. I created this podcast to help more people learn about this gentle, pleasant, and fun approach to self-healing. I speak to people I know and appreciate who are Paula Method students. We discuss their professional and personal points of view on healing and their experience working with their bodies.
