Judy talks about growing up with her family running Umberto's in Poughkeepsie to how she tried different career paths outside of food service and hospitality. Regardless of what she tried, there was nothing like the instant gratification of dropping off food to someone, and the face-to-face engagement and warmth that food can offer. That desire led her to franchising Edible Arrangement shops throughout the Hudson Valley.
