For as little as $50,000, you may be able to own large commercial properties with others, passively, meaning you don't have to do any work or take any more risk than your own investment amount. You would be a passive investor; a limited partner. The risks and rewards are shared in a syndication business model, so it is a less risky, yet you get the benefits of property ownership (tax shelters like depreciation, sometimes tax credits, abatements, leverage, appreciation, cashflow, inflation hedge and it is a tangible, durable asset that gives you diversification from other asset types).
