  • Beatdown in Beantown: Yankees Embarrased by Red Sox
    2026/06/29

It was almost unfathomable how poorly the Yankees played at Fenway Park, losing all four games to the last-place Red Sox. This wasn't just about their inept offense which produced a .133 team batting average and managed just three hits in each of the last three games.

This was a total team meltdown as their starting pitching was uncharacteristically poor, their bullpen was shaky as it has been all year, and the defense was bad enough to lead to eight unearned Red Sox runs. Just a complete catastrophe, made worse by the fact that it was a division rival doing the dominating.

  • Yankees Overcome Lollipopgate, Take Down Tigers
    2026/06/25

The Yankees went into Detroit and took two of three against a Tigers team that is desperate to turn its season around. After losing the opener on a night when Jazz was being Jazz creating Lollipopgate, he came back in the middle game and crushed a go-ahead homer to key a Yankees victory. And then in the finale, Paul Goldschmidt homered twice and Jasson Dominguez once off Detroit superstar Tarik Skubal for one of their most impressive wins of the season.

  • Yankees Lay an Egg Against Reds
    2026/06/22

The Yankees had no business losing a series at home to the Reds, but here we are. They saw their AL East lead over the Rays dip to two games, and it was a combination of a lot of things going sour, at least after the Friday game when Cam Schlittler struck out a career-high 13 batters.

Sal and Mike break down the three games, all the things that went wrong, and they also discuss the rumors about the Yankees being involved in the Tarik Skubal trade rumors, the decision to send JC Escarra back to the minors to make room for returning Austin Wells, Anthony Volpe's continued struggles to throw from shortstop and his future with the team.

  • Yankees Keep Rolling, and is Spencer Jones Ready to Emerge?
    2026/06/19

In this debut episode, Sal Maiorana and Mike Lindsley break down the Yankees' series victory over the Chicago White Sox where the bats were explosive in the first two games, then went to sleep Thursday night. Spencer Jones is also a big topic as he continued to show signs of life in his second recall this year, homering on Tuesday and playing a solid center field.

Camilo Doval blew the Thursday game, and Sal and Mike are both of the opinion that he simply can't be relied on in a high leverage situation and better yet, Brian Cashman should just cut his losses and get rid of him.

Also, Sal and Mike talk about Ryan Weathers who had a nice start Thursday but still seems like the odd man out in the rotation eventually, and Carlos Rodon who grinded through his start on Wednesday.
