Hello there once again to your face and welcome to episode 9 of the This Life podcast! We getting closer and closer to episode 10 and I am just so happy that I have been able to get this going for 9 whole weeks and I hope that you have been enjoying this as well. Within this episode I go on to explain why these two ideals are so important in our lives and why they are so powerful. I then go on to explain how we can cultivate a better perspective in our lives and what we can to be more grateful.
