- what is Parts Therapy?

- what is a Personality Part?

- Parts' intentions, and their make-up

- how to recognise when you have a Parts conflict, or Parts playing out

You'll be meeting all the major Parts briefly, and all this knowledge will allow you to have greater self-awareness from the minute the video ends, even awareness can create shifts.

When we are aware, we are empowered to think, feel and act differently.

So much more I could have shared, but one thing I didn't was that you can, and I have, used Parts Therapy with pets. It was a really lovely result and one I may share as the season progresses.

Parts Therapy is also great for people suffering with trauma as it is a client-led approach where they are in control (which makes people feel safer) as I guide them through the session.
