In this new conversation on Cada Tarde with Carlos and Agustín on Actualidad Radio, I discuss several fast-moving U.S. immigration developments.
We talk about the temporary worldwide pause affecting immigrant visa interviews at U.S. embassies and consulates, the federal court proceedings involving the previous 75-country immigrant visa policy, recent B1/B2 visa developments involving certain asylum applicants, and the continuing questions surrounding I-220A and the Cuban Adjustment Act.
We also discuss why it is important to distinguish between government announcements, pending litigation and final legal decisions as immigration policies continue to change.
My thanks to Carlos and Agustín for the invitation and for another thoughtful discussion.
