“Life is what happens to you while you’re busy making other plans,” sang John Lennon on his 1980 album Double Fantasy. And that’s pretty much how Paul’s summer turned out!
Things have been quiet on the Fixing A Hole front since August, but Paul is now back in the studio with co-presenter and producer Mark, recording new episodes. First up is episode 67, arriving at midnight tonight—00:00 GMT on 30 October 2026.
So, what’s in store? Well, taking a cue from John Lennon’s “lost weekend” in 1974, Paul had a lost weekend of his own—in Liverpool! Over the August bank holiday, he headed to the Adelphi Hotel for the International Beatles Week convention.
In episode 67, Paul tells Mark about the Beatles fans he met from all over the world, brought together in Liverpool by their shared love of John, Paul, George and Ringo. Come along for the stories and a little Beatles chat!
