Purity In The Church | 1 Corinthians 5
Pastor Steve Miller preached on the call to holiness within God’s people. From 1 Corinthians 5, we were reminded that Christ redeems us not only from sin’s penalty but also calls us to walk in purity as His church. Sin is not to be tolerated or celebrated but lovingly confronted, because the cross produces a people set apart for Him.

    “All the glory to God.”

  • MY GRACE IS SUFFICIENT

MY GRACE IS SUFFICIENT | 2 Corinthians 12:7–10

Life comes with weakness, thorns, and trials. But God’s Word reminds us: His grace is always enough.
Paul learned that even in weakness, our strength is in the power of Christ. Strength isn’t found in ourselves—it’s found in Him.

No matter the pain, the temptation, or the trial, His grace is sufficient for you.

📖 “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” — 2 Corinthians 12:9

  • Consumer Christianity

    Consumer Christianity
    1 Corinthians 4:6–13

What happens when following Jesus turns into expecting comfort, benefits, and ease?
In 1 Corinthians 4:6–13, Paul calls believers away from self-serving faith and toward a life shaped by the gospel, marked by humility, sacrifice, and service.
We talk about what it means to reject a “consumer” mindset and embrace true discipleship, living for Christ and not for ourselves.

    Big Idea:
Living by the gospel keeps me from making Christianity about me.

    Spiritual Leaders
    1 Corinthians 4:1–5

What does faithful leadership really look like?
In 1 Corinthians 4, Paul reminds us: it’s not about status or style. It’s about stewarding the gospel, living with humility, and aiming to please Christ alone.
we talk about what it means to follow the leadership of Christ, faithfully steward the gospel, and live for His approval—not man’s.
Because one day, we’ll all stand before the only Judge who truly matters.

    Big Idea:
The church must come to a unified conclusion about their spiritual leaders.

  • I Belong to Christ
    2025/07/22

    I Belong to Christ | 1 Corinthians 3:18–23
In this message, Pastor Steve Miller unpacks 1 Corinthians 3:18–23 to remind us that when we belong to Christ, it changes how we live, how we think, and how we see the world.
The wisdom of this world may sound convincing, but it’s empty next to the truth of God.
Belonging to Christ redefines your identity and reframes your decisions.
    - Big Idea -
“Knowing I belong to Christ clarifies the way I need to live.”

  • Faith That Endures

    Faith That Endures
    📖 James 1:12

What do we do when life gets hard and God feels silent?

This Sunday, we opened to James 1:12 and saw that endurance isn’t just about surviving—it’s about trusting the One who promises the crown of life.

We walked through three truths to remember in trials:
    1. Quitting won’t make me happy
    2. God is always with me
    3. What awaits me is worth it

We looked at the story of Joseph. Of Daniel. Of real endurance.
And we were reminded—God is not done with those who keep walking.

If your heart’s heavy or your faith feels weak—this one’s for you.
