In this teaching Episode Fervent in spirit tagged Experiences in Holy Ghost Meeting...

We continued to explore the experiences that occur in Holy Ghost meetings. Here are some of the things that typically take place in such meetings by the leading of the Holy Spirit:

1. There will be inspired singing or songsof the Spirit, as seen in Ephesians 5:18–20.

2. There will be inspired utterances(Spirit-led words), as seen in 1 Corinthians 14:26.

3. There will be praying in other tonguesas evidence of the infilling of the Holy Ghost, as seen in Acts 2:1–4.

4. There will be a deep sense of, andlonging for, much more ministry, an awareness for much more Ministry by theSpirit.

In these meetings. We are spiritually alert and deeply desire greater visibility of the move of God and much more ministry , much more of the demonstrations and manifestations of Gods presence.

In this teaching, we have been looking at the gifts of the Spirit in 1 Corinthians 12 v 1-11, and that these gifts function by desire.

We continued to look at the gifts of tongues and interpretation in 1 Corinthians 12:10. The gifts of tongues and interpretation are by the Spirit and, based on Scripture, the gift of tongues is found amongst other spiritual endowments.

Note: The gift of tongues is specific to the New Testament post-resurrection.
