    Ranger Suarez made his 2025 season debut for the Philadelphia Phillies, but took the loss after giving up 7 runs to the Arizona Diamondbacks in the series finale at Citizens Bank Park yesterday. Kyle Schwarber and Bryce Harper homered for the Phillies offense, but it wasn't enough to overcome the three runs allowed by the bullpen in the top of the 10th inning.     Bryson Stott scored the game winning run on a wild pitch as the Philadelphia Phillies beat the Washington Nationals 7-6 in the first game of a three game series at Citizens Bank Park. Zack Wheeler was excellent, once again, but took a no decision after Orion Kerkering gave up a 3-run homerun to Nathanial Lowe in the top of the 9th. Johan Rojas and Trea Turner contribute offensively, but struggle defensively. The Phillies are now 16-13 and on a 3 game winning streak.

    Philadelphia Phillies starting pitcher, Aaron Nola, turned in his best start of the season last night to help the Phillies beat the Chicago Cubs 3-1 in extra innings and take two out of three in the series at Wrigley Field. Alec Bohm and Trea Turner drove in runs in the top of the tenth, and the bullpen of Orion Kerkering, Jose Alvarado and Jordan Romano shut the door in the last three innings.
