概要

Are you feeling isolated, misunderstood and lacking positive support? Do you struggle to see a world without emotional and mental distress? Are you overwhelmed, exhausted and feeling the pressure to act “normal?”

Hi Mama, I’m so happy you’re here! This podcast will provide hope, encouragement and practical solutions for everyday living so you can stop barely surviving, start fully thriving and get back to feeling like yourself faster!!

Hi, I’m Stephanie. A mom of 4, wife and Jesus lover. I was almost defeated by postpartum depression after the births of my first two children. I was flailing and afraid in therapy, burnt out by a support system that didn’t understand, and completely drowning in overwhelming daily tasks and emotions.

I finally realized that if I wanted to survive, much less thrive, the next time had to be different.

For my next two children, I created and then successfully implemented a plan that constantly reminded me that there was a light at the end of the tunnel, and eventually allowed me to overcome postpartum depression and fully thrive as a mom.

If you are ready to find hope, knowledgeable support and practical steps to reign in the overwhelm that you can implement today, then this podcast is for you. I promise you are not alone and that there IS hope!

So take a second to close your eyes…take a deep breath in…exhale…and let’s take that first step together. Here we go!
