The House Oversight Committee released a sweeping report on Tuesday finding that senior aides to former President Joe Biden exercised presidential powers without his knowledge or consent, aiding in his signing of executive actions, directing policy, and managing his public appearances as his cognitive decline worsened.

The 90-page report, “The Biden Autopen Presidency: Decline, Delusion, and Deception in the White House,” accuses Biden’s inner circle of running the government in his stead and concealing his medical deterioration through stage-managed appearances and manipulated decision processes. The FBI is seeking tips from the public about a suspect who placed two pipe bombs near the Democratic National Committee and Republican National Committee in Washington, D.C., on the evening of Jan. 5, 2021.

A group of Republican lawmakers led by Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) has formally referred former special counsel Jack Smith to the Justice Department’s Office of Professional Responsibility for a misconduct investigation and urged his disbarment in two states, citing what they called “deeply disturbing revelations” that Smith secretly obtained their phone records.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) said Thursday the committee will not hold oversight hearings into the work of former special counsel Jack Smith or the FBI’s Arctic Frost operation until the Justice Department releases more internal records about how federal agents tracked Republican senators during the Trump investigations.

Speaking at a Judiciary Committee hearing Thursday, Grassley referenced the revelation earlier this week from FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino that eight Republican senators’ personal cell phones were targeted for tolling data as part of the Biden administration’s Arctic Frost operation, which he described as “a politically weaponized investigation.”

Reps. Thomas Massie (R-KY) and Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) have proposed using the “speech and debate clause” in the Constitution to expose the clients of Jeffrey Epstein‘s alleged sex trafficking ring.

Greene, one of four Republicans who have signed onto a discharge petition to force a vote on a bill that would require a full release of the files related to the convicted sex offender, said Wednesday she would read the names on the House floor if Epstein’s victims provide them.

“I am pleased to inform our many U.S.A. Patriots that I am designating ANTIFA, A SICK, DANGEROUS, RADICAL LEFT DISASTER, AS A MAJOR TERRORIST ORGANIZATION.
