Matt Branton joins me on Chasing Pars for the second time, but this episode is a little different.

This time, I actually took on Matt’s coaching plan to see if I would notice a difference in my own golf and I’m happy to say I definitely have.

We dive into the fitness side of golf and how improving your mobility, strength, speed and overall movement can have a genuine impact on your game.

I’ll be honest… I was about as flexible as a slab of concrete

But after working on loosening up my joints, making a proper warmup part of my daily routine and generally improving my mobility, I’ve noticed a difference in my golf.

More importantly, I’ve gained distance, speed and I’m now playing pain free.

Matt also talks about what he offers as a coach, how he trains himself and how he approaches fitness specifically for golfers.
