Welcome to my silent journey on conceiving. Behind quiet smiles and everyday conversations, many women carry an invisible weight—the silent battle with fertility. It’s a journey marked by hope and heartbreak, where each passing month can feel like both a promise and a loss. Often hidden from view, this struggle weaves through their lives with unspoken grief, resilience, and courage. This space isn’t just for stories—it’s for connection. Listeners are invited to share their own silent battles, giving voice to what so often goes unheard, and reminding us that no one is truly alone in the fight.

  • Episode 15: Until November Season 1 Finale
    2026/07/24

Sometimes the quietest moments are the ones that change us the most.

As we close the chapter on Season 1 of Our Silent Journey, I'm taking a moment to reflect on where this journey began, what it has taught me, and where I hope it leads next.

When I first pressed record, I thought I was simply sharing my infertility story. Looking back, I realize this podcast became so much more. It became a space to talk about hope, healing, motherhood, vulnerability, and the silent battles so many of us carry every day.

In this season finale, I share some of the biggest lessons I've learned—not only through the experiences I've lived, but through finally finding the courage to tell them.

As I step away for a short break, I'll be spending the next few months preparing for Season 2, with hopes of bringing you even more meaningful conversations, greater awareness around important topics, and, one day, the opportunity to share more of your stories too.

From the bottom of my heart...

Thank you for walking this first season with me.

I'll see you in November. 🤍

Until then... be kind to yourself, be kind to one another, and remember... no matter what silent battle you're facing, you don't have to face it alone. 🤍

  • Episode 14: When Love Shows Up
    2026/07/10

Last week, Destinie courageously shared her experience with postpartum depression and invited us into one of the most vulnerable seasons of her life.

    This week, the conversation continues.

In Part 2, we're joined by her husband, Tali, as he shares what it was like to love someone through a battle he couldn't fully see or take away. Together, we reflect on how postpartum depression impacted their marriage, what support looked like during the hardest days, and the quiet moments that reminded them healing was possible.

This conversation isn't about finding perfect words or perfect solutions.

    It's about showing up.

    It's about choosing each other.

And it's about reminding anyone walking through a difficult season that hope can exist, even when it feels far away.

Whether you're a parent, a partner, a family member, or someone simply wanting to better understand postpartum depression, I hope this conversation leaves you with a little more compassion—for others and for yourself.

Thank you, Destinie and Tali, for trusting us with your story and for reminding us that healing often begins when we feel safe enough to be honest about what we're carrying.

Content Note: This episode contains discussions about postpartum depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and maternal mental health. Please listen with care and take whatever breaks you need.

If today's conversation resonated with you, know that you're always welcome here. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey. 🤍

  • Episode 13: The Smile They Saw
    2026/07/05

What if the hardest battle of motherhood was the one no one else could see?

In Part 1 of this deeply personal two-part conversation, I'm joined by my sister-in-law, Destinie, as she courageously shares her experience with postpartum depression. Together we talk about the expectations of motherhood, the silent weight of postpartum depression, and the invisible struggles that so many women carry behind a smile.

This episode is an honest conversation about fear, guilt, loneliness, and the pressure to appear "okay" while silently falling apart. More importantly, it's a reminder that asking for help isn't weakness-and that no mother should have to suffer alone.

If you're a new mom, someone who loves a new mom, or you've ever wondered what postpartum depression really feels like, I hope this conversation helps you better understand the reality behind a struggle that affects so many families.

Trigger Warning: This episode contains discussions about postpartum depression, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, and emotional struggles after childbirth. Please take care of yourself while listening.

Join us next week for Part 2 as Destinie's husband, Tali joins the conversation to share what it was like watching someone he loved battle postpartum depression, how it impacted their marriage, and what every partner and family member should know about supporting someone through one of life's hardest seasons.
